Our Patient Travel Team can support community members with travel arrangements for medically necessary appointments, coordinating transportation and accommodation needs in accordance with eligibility guidelines.
We proudly serve Sik-E-Dakh members who are registered as Status Indians, whether they live on or off reserve, as well as members of other bands who reside in Sik-E-Dakh.

Patient travel benefits are available to individuals at any stage of the life cycle, provided they meet the eligibility requirements established by Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada.

To access FNHA benefits, clients must:

Hold Indian Status
-
Be residents of British Columbia
-
Have a valid Personal Health Number (PHN)
-
For infants up to 24 months old, eligibility is based on the Indian Status of the parent(s)

This service is funded in partnership with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA).
