The Glen Vowell (Sik-E-Dakh) Community Health Program is a locally delivered health initiative funded by the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), designed to support the well-being of individuals and families living on reserve. The program emphasizes culturally relevant and community-based health services with a focus on prevention, education, and support.

The program is staffed by two dedicated health professionals:

Denise Johnson
 
 
Denise provides front-line health services and plays a key role in health promotion and disease prevention. Her work includes home visits, community outreach, client support, and coordination of health-related events.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

 Mavis Sebastian

 
Mavis offers clinical services such as immunizations, chronic disease management, maternal and child health support, and health education. Her nursing practice helps bridge gaps between community care and broader health systems 
​Hours: Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
 
 
Together, the CHR and CHN collaborate to meet the unique health needs of Glen Vowell residents, ensuring access to compassionate, consistent, and culturally sensitive care close to home.
