The Home & Community Care Program in Glen Vowell
is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of community members through compassionate, accessible care.
Licensed Practical Nurse, Whitney Blackwater
Personal Care Aide, Sheena Wesley
Both are available to provide services Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding lunch hour and holidays.)
Services are focused on assisting Elders, individuals with chronic illnesses, and those recovering from surgery or illness, allowing them to remain safely and comfortably in their homes.
