Women's Health Research Month

For many years, women were underrepresented in health studies, which created gaps in understanding how diseases, treatments, and medications affect women differently.
Today, ongoing research helps improve prevention, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of health concerns affecting women, including reproductive health, heart health, mental health, and chronic conditions.
